U.S. Sen. Ken Salazar, D-Colo., was among 41 senators who signed a letter condemning radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh, and Salazar said Wednesday he would vote for a resolution censuring Limbaugh for going beyond whatever rights he had to attack soldiers.

We’re the Senate. We’ll decide what right you little people out there have.
These fools have more crust than a pie factory. Rush is a private citizen.
We need to censor those 41 Democrats for violating Rush’s first Amendment rights.
The dude has to be retarded.
Amazing considering the office he holds.
Not saying much for the people who elected him.
Glad to see that Social Security/Medicare are fully funded, the roads and bridges are in tip-top shape, Airport security couldn’t be tighter, Al-Queda has been defeated, the War on Terror is over and we won........etc. etc. etc.
Of course he would. He has a reputation to uphold. I named a democrat lie after him: The Salazar Lie - telling the dumb lemmings in your state that YOU will be different and YOU will be your own man and NOT vote lockstep rat as soon as you get to Washington. Currently there are two more democrat senators living in The Salazar Lie, Melon head Webb and Zombie Casey. Both of them used The Salazar Lie to fool feeble minded voters into believing they were going to be a different kind of rat.
Rush merely pointed out two fake Vets. I guess that is aginst moveon’s aganda. Macbeth was never in Iraq, never was wounded, and was discharged as being unfit after a mere 40 days of duty.
The test of a reasonable, informed person today: If they think this story is an embarassment.
I have a specific lib in mind who I work with. I'm really, REALLY hoping he brings this subject up.
I'm so glad the libs are continuing in their attempts to censure free speech in this country. From "PC" crap to this, it's all the same--the children of Stalin are on the rise.
Another idiot Senator who canot read or hear, it would appear.
If being attacked on any issue, call your liberal Big Media friends and counter attack your opposition with the same accusations no matter how ridiculous and dishonest!
Any of our elected officials who show total disregard for freedom of speech, should be recalled. I call on Rush, O’Reilly, Hannity, Ingraham, and other alternative media powers to ban together to spearhead efforts to start the recall process with petitions for recall. This blitz should perhaps center on one very well-known “Stalinist”, Harry Reid. We have to stand up for our rights or they will be taken away. The elitists in government think they can and should run our lives to suit their perverted and godless ideas.
Cuckoo clocks, the whole lot of them.
“going beyond whatever rights he had to attack soldiers.”
these people are either insane, cutesy adolescents, or up-and-coming totalitarians.
If I said what I am really thinking, I would be banned for life from this forum, and the FBI would be camping on my doorstep.

I censured both of mine (Senator Barbara Milulski and Senator Ben Cardin)! Feel free to send a similar letter to your Senators.
Dear Senator _____:I was writing to you to tell you how much I appreciated your vote to condemn the MoveOn.org advertisement that questioned General David Petraeus loyalty. Your vote on that question made me proud of you and our great state of Maryland.
However as a I write this, I am horrified by news that you have signed on to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reids letter that calls for Mr. Mark P. Mays, CEO of Clear Channel Communications, Inc., to publicly repudiate Mr. Rush Limbaughs comments about phoney soldiers and to ask Mr. Limbaugh to apologize for his comments. Mr. Limbaugh was referring to Jesse McBeth, Scott Thomas Beauchamp, and others who, fraudulently posing as members in good standing of the United States military, seek to take benefits intended for our real heroes and to make a case against the war. Mr. Limbaugh's attackers have intentionally mischaracterized his criticism of such individuals as an insult directed at thousands of American service members. In truth, he did no such thing. I know this to be true because I hear the actual broadcast and I checked the transcripts.
I believe that Senator Reid, acting under the guise of supporting the troops, has taken Mr. Limbaughs comments completely out of context in order to promote his partisan agenda, and in the process has only made himself look foolish. I would hope that you, being much smarter that Senator Reid, would have checked the facts before involving yourself in a manufactured, partisan firestorm. Did you take the time to hear Mr. Limbaughs explanation, review the transcript, or listen to the tape? If you and your colleagues dont check the facts before signing off on a simple letter, how can your constituents believe that you are careful about signing off on legislation that really matters? You know, things like winning the war, securing our homeland, stopping illegal immigration, shoring up social security, and educating our children?
Very truly yours,

Since this is a complete joke and they’re all running with it, it makes me wonder if this is just something to get hillary’s funding scandals off the front pages.
