Dr. Paul was campaigning in New Hampshire with his wife Carol and their family when our $1,000,000 goal was reached last night. As the time drew near, they watched on a laptop as the counter reached the $1 million mark. They, along with staff, supporters and volunteers throughout the country then celebrated this extraordinary accomplishment.
Over $1,000,000 raised in seven days for the Ron Paul 2008 presidential campaign. Remarkable!
On behalf of Dr. Paul and every member of the campaign staff: Thank you!!
Kent Snyder Chairman Ron Paul 2008

JMHO, Hydroshock isn’t a regular person to pimp Ron Paul press releases, and he does post on every candidate. Let’s not blindly lump him into the regular Paulnut crowd until he starts screaming CFR, Zionism conspiracies.

The Constitution does, however state that Congress is authorized to define and punish offenses against the laws of nations as it sees fit, something Paul and his minions seem to always overlook.

Still, Thompsons 8 mil sounds big until you realise thats just over $600,000 a week over the 3-month period (13 weeks). Except that Thompson was only raising money for three weeks, making it just under $2.7 million a week -- nearly triple per week what Paul brought in during a concentrated "push", and over three times the length, so it shows some sustainability. Also, with 70,000 donors, that's not much more that $110 per donor.

Ah, Charles, Thompson has only been an official candidate for three weeks, not three months.

Thank you. I am right now gathering info to make a firm decision. I lean to Hunter first, but am open. Although I do find the personal attacks and venom spread by some of the Anti Paul forces here to be distasteful to say the least.

"I posted this for discussion purposes." If the purpose was a discussion on Ron Paul's betrayal of America via his foreign policy goals, then it would be justified on a forum composed of like minded people.
A thread which 'innocently' highlights his fundraising success, posted by a known supporter, is a pro Ron Paul thread by any definition.
Why is it hard to understand? His anti-iraq war views are a fatal position for him to have. Especially on this forum.

Read some of what Paul’s camp is like and you’ll understand our distaste.
http://www.ronpaulforums.com/
A lot of us consider Ron Paul a fraud who is empowering the anti-war leftists and spewing anti-US talking points. For the most part, a long time ago most of us gave up on really trying to debate Paul’s merits. (although I do continue to try) How many times can you point out his moderate voting record and typical DC establishment actions before you sound like a broken record- it always seems to fall on deaf ears or it gets the typical ‘you don’t understand his nuance’ excuses that we heard from the Kerry camp.

I helped make those signs and out of hundreds made I can only recall one ‘custom’ sign someone made with an anti war message.

I saw that thread. As with most other forums, the members are obsessed with Free Republic. They’ve also acquired “Paulspeak” and refer to us as “neocons”. A bunch of dopes, those Paul fans.

Any wonder where that money is coming from? What happened to saturday morning's thread "JEWS4RONPAUL.ORG" posted by a Paulite?
Where I posted links exposing the guy, Jim (aka Yaakov)Perry, who set it up and runs it, as a democrat.
Calls for "Jewish Republicans to Boycott 'Republican Jewish Coalition'":
jews4ronpaul.org
Party Affiliation Democrat:
democrats.org
Cached Personal website (he scrubbed the site after I posted it):

And the cached webpage where he states "Political Philosophy: Classical Liberal"
