Reagan never answered his cell phone while speaking to the NRA, Rudy. Give it a rest already.

Reagan never sued gun manufacturers.

Reagan gave them contracts

Well, as I recall they said Reagan would never be elected because he was divorced. That didn’t seem to make a difference. Rudy is hoping having an extra divorce won’t hurt either. Thompson and McCain each have had one divorce.

Poor Mitt Romney—the only one not divorced—is tagged with being a “Mormon” and as a product of religious, institutionalized polygamy. If he was nasty he could point to the three big opponents and describe them as “serial polygamists.”

“And unlike Reagan Rudy would have never cut and run from Beirut, nor would he have let the murderers of Leon Klinghoffer on the cruise ship Achille Lauro get free.”

We will never know that will we because it never happened.

“If I recall correctly there are some quotes by Rudy saying he would govern about the same as Hillary.”

I wish you could find those for us so we can continue to have a good laugh.

We's at war. We need a war leader.

So does a dance group. That's more Rudy's cup of tea.

Find somebody else to draw in. It doesn't work with me.

Too true. It frightens me that Rudina is still where he is in the polls simply because of name recognition. Had 9/11 never happened, we’d be putting Rudy polling numbers just below L. Ron’s.

He already has. And don’t think the Mittwitts aren’t already trying the smear tactics. Remember the phony Fred website? Yeah—that one—the one done by Mitt’s South Carolina CAMPAIGN MANAGER.

What would Fred have done? Called the director over to explain the scene?

When trying to prove a point, why do you make up dopey rhetorical questions?

The Rudy Derangement Syndrome is all getting a little tiresome. It’s discouraging how many of us on the right would really, honestly, rather see Hillary win.

Wanting to see Rudy not get the nomination does not equate to supporting Hillary.

You are the one supporting a liberal--Rudy.

"Most of [President] Clinton's policies are very similar to most of mine"

''I don't think tonight's result is tragic, I guess because I'm not that partisan a person ... I think President Clinton is a good man, he's a very decent man, and the country has run pretty well.''

They said Reagan would never get elected because he was too conservative--something they will NEVER say about Rudy!

“I’ll be like Reagan.”

Guiliani is confessing that he's a lame-ass candidate. He isn't fit to dust off a picture of Reagan.

You know, I was for Huckabee until this week. Then his bad-mouthing of the Iraq war and Bush's war leadership caused me to pull down those sails and lay to. In my view, to which I strive to apply the full scope of recorded human history in war -- Bush is a GREAT war leader. And that's a cutter for me. We are at war.

I'm looking for three things. Three necessary ingredients. Honesty and integrity, administrative leadership and a war leader.

The only one -- to my view -- that fills out the war leader role is Rudy. Proven as mayor of New York in three ways: (1) He applied the resources of the City very wisely against crime, which was rampant, and reduced it amazingly. (2) He stood up to power and money. Viz the UN and Arafat, his refusal to take the Saudi princelings big money after 9/11. (3) His role on the very ground during 9/11.

Rudy also has demonstrated proven clear administrative leadership. And in his words he does have honesty. Some Freepers discount him on that because of his known support of abortion. Me too. But on that issue -- abortion -- I do not thing he is lying when he says he will appoint judges like Scalia, like Alito and like Roberts (to include one without an ending vowel). Rudy, to my view, loathes lying in his words -- he will not do so. He also appears greatly bothered when his words and actions part ways -- such as in his divorce, in his relations with his children.

That "bother" came out in in his prostrate cancer, so I suspect -- for a great bother of the spirit manifests itself in one's own body.

How unlike Bill and Hill! Bill has a sociopathic ability to lie glibly, and both he and Hill have a tyrant's ability to be at a psychological remove from their actions, however heinous or evil.

You CAN tell a good man at heart from a bad one, by which one is sickened by base activities. Rudy is a man as honest, in my opinion, as Dubya. And I think Dubya -- we are very fortunate to have such an honest man in these days -- is a man to whom honesty comes before anything else.
