geez.....the same amount an illegal alien is/was to be “fined” to wipe away their criminal presence and initiate a “pathway” to citizenship...

No, Hillary's plan is clearly an attempt, advocation for out-of-wedlock births. This sort of idea/plan would only encourage and accelerate unprotected (non-marriage) minority sex.

If all incoming freshman have this extra money, colleges and universities would merely raise their tuition that much quicker. In the end Hillary's giveaway would cost taxpayers and benefit the universities, not the students.

Gee, since every baby born in the US is a citizen, does this mean that Anchor Babies of illegal aliens would also qualify for the $5K?
I don’t think this is an original idea. I vaguely remember the same plan discussed up here in the Peoples Republic of California a few years ago although as I recall it was way less than $5000.00.
