Alright, here's a moral hypothetical for you all:

What if this $5,000 bounty on every newborn provides the incentive to reduce abortions?

No, Hillary's plan is clearly an attempt, advocation for out-of-wedlock births. This sort of idea/plan would only encourage and accelerate unprotected (non-marriage) minority sex.

Of course, it's totally un-PC for me to say that - but so be it.

It won’t.

Only Hillary could with a complete straight face offer $5000 for every birth while simultaneously taking money from the middle class to also pay for abortions for the poor.

Well only Hillary and Edwards and Obama and Biden and...
