What is that printed across the bottom of the picture?

I used K Magnifier to expand the picture enough to see the beginning of the text.

It appears to be what is commonly called "The Ode", being a stanza from the poem "For the Fallen" by Laurence Binyon:

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

This stanza appears on numerous cenotaphs throughout Canada.
