“ethnic intimidation”
Is that a real charge? Why does it have to be “ethnic” - sounds like hate crimes kind of stuff.
Tell me... would you be somehow less intimidated by a woman chasing you with a sword if you were white?

I would call it illegal status intimidation. She was upset because of their illegal status, not their nationality or ethnicity. Perhaps she can blame her rage on the failure to enforce immigration laws. It can surely be blamed on Bush!
Although I do not condone sword brandishing, I think there is more to this story. These kids must have been causing some trouble.

The authorities had one question for her:

I see Mandy is what they call a “person of color” Maybe the little amigos were also guilty of “ethnic intimidation”. Who knows what they may have called her. Granted the sword may be more than a little over the top but we don’t know the specifics, most importantly the history. I doubt any of those involved are upstanding citizens ... some possibly are not citizens at all. It is interesting that Mandy works at a preschool.

Looks like a real centered person.
I must say that there are some people out there who appear sane, but even the mention of the word "illegal alien" gets them foaming at the mouth, on BOTH sides of the issue.
