It is still a good question whether Bill Clinton was an active CIA agent during those years. There is no doubt that the CIA dealt with Bill, and often treated him like an insider. In turn, he was very friendly to some of their scummier black ops, like the Mena, AR, airport drug smuggling.

While in Europe it is known that he engaged in some possibly clandestine activities, and met foreign intelligence operatives.

It's also known that he went to Russia back when one just didn't go to Russia - and he has told about his wonderful Russian "guide" ...I don't believe CIA ops go to Russia on a visa as he did and get escorted around by the KGB,,,I wonder if his "clandestine" activities weren't as an agent on the other side - Not that he could be bribed or bought off or anything

December 1: Bill gets number 311, virtually guaranteeing he will not be drafted.

December 3: Bill writes letter saying he's reconsidered about being part of the draft system, but claims he wrote it before he got number 311 and carried it around in his pocket for days.

Correct? And is this clear from the article? This is how I remember it from Slick Willie.

Bill Clinton also sacrificed his genuine principles and submitted himself to the wily Monica Lewinsky in order to eke out her secrets as an agent of Mossad.

July 11, 1969 - Clinton's friend at Oxford, Cliff Jackson, writes, "Clinton is feverishly trying to find a way to avoid entering the Army as a drafted private. I have had several of my friends in influential positions trying to pull strings on Bill's behalf."
-- [LA Times Sep 26 92]

That is a half truth.

Someone correct me if I am wrong (as if that would not occur anyway), but, as a college graduate, with a four year degree, he would have the option to immediately apply for OCS and thus avoid being a private.

The truth of the matter is he was not trying to avoid service as a private, he was in fact trying to avoid any service.

People can say what they will about Kerry's behavior IN Vietnam (and afterward), but at least he went.

Clinton would have sucked the brass off of a doorknob to avoid going. s

It is a good article and I hope I live long enough for the historians to start looking into who he really was.

Have fun with this thread, it is going to quickly spin off into the nether regions.

Just a few excerpts. This information has always been available - yet buried by the MSM. I have long wondered if the whole RatherGAte affair wasn't an attempt at deflection...take the despicable things Clinton did and make up a like scenario ascribed to Bush. It's the way these rats work.

In these links is the unexplained connections to the KGB, while we were are war in Vietnam, and his actual trip to Russia.

He has never been made to explain any of this.

And we want to take the chance he gets back into the WH - and privy to state secrets?

And I have long wondered if Hillary wasn't appointed to him as the handler for the KGB,,,

***************************************Time to wake up and be heard, folks.

________________________________________ October 15, 1969 - Clinton organized and led anti-war demonstrations in London.

-- [Wash Times Sep 18 92]

....

December 12, 1969 (approximately): Clinton visits Norway where he meets with various "peace" organizations.

December 12 (approx.) - December 31, 1969: ??? Comment: After visiting Norway with Father McSorley, Clinton's movements and activities are unknown until he arrives in Moscow on December 31, 1969.

There are a lot of questions as to who Clinton met and where he went during this time period. December 31, 1969 - January 6, 1970:

Clinton travels to Moscow. He later said "relations between our two countries were pretty good then." He then described his visit as "a very friendly time, a good atmosphere."

Despite Clinton's claim that January 1970 was "a time of détente," relations between the United States and the Soviet Union were anything but warm. The Soviets were supplying the North Vietnamese with advisors and anti-aircraft weapons.

September 7, 1992: Col. Eugene Holmes, USA Ret., signs a notarized statement in which he asserts that "there is the imminent danger to our country of a draft dodger becoming Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States."

He later writes that "I believe that he (Clinton) purposefully deceived me, using the possibility of joining the ROTC as a ploy to work with the draft board to delay his induction and get a new draft reclassification." Col. Homes Notarized Statement

As Entered in Congressional Record (Page: H5551) 7/30/93 September 7, 1992. Memorandum for Record:

Subject: Bill Clinton and the University of Arkansas ROTC Program:

There have been many unanswered questions as to the circumstances surrounding Bill Clinton's involvement with the ROTC department at the University of Arkansas. Prior to this time I have not felt the necessity for discussing the details.

The reason I have not done so before is that my poor physical health (a consequence of participation in the Bataan Death March and the subsequent three and a half years interment in Japanese POW camps) has precluded me from getting into what I felt was unnecessary involvement.

However, present polls show that there is the imminent danger to our country of a draft dodger becoming Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States. While it is true, as Mr. Clinton has stated, that there were many others who avoided serving their country in the Vietnam war, they are not aspiring to be the President of the United States. .....

People can say what they will about Kerry's behavior IN Vietnam (and afterward), but at least he went.

Kerry's plan was to be aboard ship, away from the fighting, but his orders were changed to being aboard a Swift Boat, in the big middle of the fighting.............he then did everything possible to get out of Viet Nam as fast he could...........about 3-4 months, and a couple of self-inflicted wounds later, he was headed back across the Pond to the World.............

He never planned to be IN Viet Nam, and, once there, he found a way out posthaste...............leaving his "buddies" there to fight the war and to fight his vicious lies about them...........

One of the most damning passages in Unfit to Command is that when things got hot, Kerry was nowhere to be found.
