Nutjob's UN speech DIFFERS from transcript

The Iranian whose name cannot be spelled gave a speech at the UN this evening but his speech differed quite a bit from the transcript.

Can someone help me find the transcript of what he actually said? The transcript at the link above leaves out important portions of his speech and I would really like to review it.
