Ron Paul = Hillary on the War; Rudy Giuliani = Hillary on abortion, etc

Ron Paul = Hillary on the War; Rudy Giuliani = Hillary on abortion, gay rights, gun control, illegal aliens, etc. Neither are conservative. Neither are Republican. I would no more vote for the "Republican antiwar candidate" Ron Paul or the "Republican pro-choice candidate" Rudy Giuliani than I would the treasonous butcher Hillary Klintoon.
JMHO.

Ron Paul has attracted a primary opponent. Freepers that live in the TX 14 Congressional District, who wish to be represented by some Republican
other than Ron Paul might wish to go to Chris Peden's website (
http://chrispeden.org/). He still can use signatures on his candidacy petition.

Thank you. It’s good to know the way he is running his campaign may backfire. I’ll be sure to check Chris’ campaign out.

Good. I hope they put the old antiwar horse out to pasture. Long past time to term limit him. Our Founding Fathers never intended these guys to become long term professional rulers.

Thanks Jim, for laying the gauntlet down. I would rather see you come out with guns blazing instead of Paul supporters peering-over-the-shoulder and having reasonable posts pulled that they have done on past threads if they so much as utter the word neo-con.
And as promised, I won't support Paul or post his threads on your Forum.

If memory serves me correctly, Ric Flair was generally on his knees begging right before he pulled a dirty trick.. Or was that Hulk Hogan? I haven’t watched wrestling since I was about 10 so I may be mixed up.

Ric Flair was generally on his knees begging right before he pulled a dirty trick Actually, it was Flair, but unlike Flair I'm not going to pull any tricks though. I think Jim made his point quite clearly and it's a point that I completely understand.

Jim, I do as well. It’s pretty much the major point that I don’t agree with Dr. Paul on. I still would like to see Letters of Marque. But that’s just the pirate in me and I think blackwater could use the cash.
Anyway, thanks for this wonderful forum as always, God Bless!

The idea that different States can arbitrarily limit 2nd Amendment rights drives me up a freakin' wall. It's exactly wrong; precisely backwards. Thanks for your common sense posts. I found myself arguing this point with someone here--their argument was that laws made and enforced by the states was all good "federalism." It seemed like a nightmare to me.

I still would like to see Letters of Marque. If the Fifty Million Dollar bounty on Osama' head isn't doing the trick, what would the Letters of Marque bring us?

I’d up it to 100 billion. The dollar ain’t what it used to be.

“Good. I hope they put the old antiwar horse out to pasture.”
I plan to do my best to see that happen. I helped sent John Bryant out to pasture in the 1990s (replaced with Pete Sessions and then Jeb Hensarling.) Peden seems cut from the same bolt of cloth as Sessions and Hensarling.
If anyone who lives in League City wants to sign Peden’s nomination petition, freepmail me. If you live elsewhere in the TX14 CD, go to Peden’s website to see how you can help.
