I’ll be here. Not that I’m looking forward to it. Really can not believe Matt is pulling the plug on his show.
Think he might even say goodbye on air to his fans on FR?

SAn Diego County votes Republican.
Having the largest concentration of military in the
world here helps.

For you to come on FreeRepublic and tell us you are in trouble, you must be in trouble. You don't know where to go? That is mind boggeling.
Well it's not that bad.(:

Oh, no. Don’t bank on that. He’s being really conservative so far. It’s just time to move on. We’ve all left jobs before.
Yes, I’m speaking entirely out of my posterior :) Just presuming.

Funny — I won’t try to mediate a disagreement here, but you two usernames are among the most caustic thread regulars. I have to comment when you’re bickering with each other for a change.
I love lively people. :)

I can actually imagine it vividly. It hit me instantly, as soon as I heard. I got a lump in my throat.

It got a bad rep because of the USAAF mandated changes to the design.
After a number of fatal and non fatal crashes at a training facility, some general (can't remember which noted aviator) showed up after and showed the hesitant airmen what the plane could do, then ordered more changes to the design, increasing the wingspan and beefing up the landing gear, from what I remember.

If they fire you you don;t get a chnnce to hang around it must be his decision to leave.
I will miss this piece of Sunday night with him.
The week was not complete with out hearing a live voice from Drudge!

To bring this full circle....
“If I had a million dollars but id,
Id spend it all...
What I really wanna know,
My baby, what I really want to say I cant define. Well its love,
That I need, oh”

I love his smile at the end.
