It’s not a “Secret” if I’m reading it here.

Somebody with some wherewithal might want to consider how to influence the will of an enemy before simply targeting a handful of munitions.
Even if WMD, politics are dynamic. Whereas one to three decades ago, targeting an adversary’s WMD might have maneuvered him into a position of defeat, it still doesn’t change his volition.
With the mechanisms to fabricate such devices even more prolific today than 3 decades ago, IMHO, we need to return to focusing on how to best change the volition of those with authority in foreign control.

Two beefs with this author....
1. It’s obviously not a secret now, and
2. Capitalize the name of our distinguished military services the next time you exercise your 1st Amendment right (which they guarantee you) to write about them.
While I am sure cyberwarfare has been conducted by the US and is ongoing in the WOT, I suspect Iran han enough network that can be exploited by DOD hackers.
Imagine DOD hackers turning off Syrian and Iranian air defense networks just prior to a strike, or turning off all of their electrical plants.

Doesn’t matter if he’s really on board, although I wouldn’t put it past him. He believes in himself as matter of prophecy.
Psychological warfare requires leaks. Let the enemy know your strategy and perhaps he will think twice, especially if you know that you can overwhelm him.
Iran fought Iraq for something like 10 years and couldn’t win. We kicked Saddm’s buttocks in about 20 min. and this asshat thanks he can defeat us! Pure chutzpa.
