    And not only that, they can win against him in this lawsuit as well.

    I am glad Dan still believes in the story, but the facts are they had no case and should never have aired the story. Now Dan has no legal case either, but that isn’t going to stop him from looking like a fool.

    What’s with all the CRYING??? He is a tad unstable.

    Remember the guy who beat Rather up, that kept asking Gunga Dan, "What's the frequency, Kenneth?" Didn't he end up shooting (killed) someone outside of the NBC studios? IIRC they caught the crime on video.
Karma, the event sequences and circumstances should have been reversed.
I didn't say that last part.

    I saw a few seconds of dan on larry, but I was laughing so hard I couldn’t hear what they were saying. Just the sight of those 2 senile, clueless, old frauds faking a serious discussion cracked me up.

    "Louisville Slugger?" Judging by Blather's irrational egocentric defense of the indefensible - the lying little bastard has already had his brain housing group severely damaged.....
 Blather is a will known example to prove the point - that Liberalism is a Mental Disease or indication of Mentally deficient individuals....

    I think Dans real problem here is just what he said;
 They cant report the news the way they used to.
 This is going to be fun to watch.

    Nothing is as sad and pathetic as watching outdated and unwanted journalists crying for their right to the spotlight, writing copious letters to the editors demanding that their column/spotlight be restored.
They come to mistake the artificial lights and fame for the real — and when those days are over, they become bewildered and perplexed that the neighborhood kids don’t quake in trepidation at every threat of disfavor and distemper.
That’s what Social Security was created for — so that these people could retire with dignity, but many don’t appreciate that foresight and generosity but still insist on having it all — the fame, the riches, the women, the adulation — and can’t understand, their whole lives were lived in this futile illusion to create their “legacies” they think is so important to everybody else.
The fact is, they never mattered as much as they thought they did — ever. But we see these same sad stories being played out in every community — where those who have been bought out to stay home, keep returning to the office, demanding to be heard and restored to their former glory — which was only an illusion in the first place.
Welcome to the new world, welcome to reality. Get your flu shot and get your seat on the front of the bus — but no, there is no captive audience out there demanding to learn of how you would rule the world, if you were rightfully in charge.

    IMHO, that first sentence is not true. This guy is pandering for readers.
 Shockwaves? I doubt it. In fact I suspect CBS has been expecting this. And, IMHO, they will win the suit.

    ... Rather said: "I've never been clearer in my mind about anything-I can't recall being clearer. And this is the right stand at the right time about the right issue."He's clearly lost it.
