More coming up after commercial...the first part was incredible. KUDOS to Cavuto for ripping Dan Rather apart...says his lawsuit is B.S. that contracts get torn up all the time...he was in last place on all the newscasts...Rather like a textbook liberal is not taking ANY responsibility....blaming everyone else.

Cavuto is calm and smooth, almost like he’s talking to a doddering old uncle. Rather is choking...gonna donate his settlement...already crying for “out of court”. Cavuto very deftly backed him in a corner on CBS higher-ups NOT spiking story....Rather....well I hear Redstone was in China (and presumably unable to spike)
