The Left: The smear ad published against Gen. Petraeus has drawn attention to its sponsor, MoveOn.org. But the fingerprints of the group's chief financial backer, George Soros, were all over it. Who is this man and what is he up to?
To read Soros' own spun story, he's a Jewish survivor of Nazi-occupied Hungary who pulled himself up by his bootstraps, studied economics in England, became a U.S. citizen in 1961 and made a multibillion-dollar fortune as a financier who pioneered hedge funds.
Over the years, Soros has written books giving his philosophical take on global affairs and acquired a reputation as something of a "stateless statesman." He calls himself a philanthropist and has given away $5 billion of his now $8.5 billion fortune through his principal vehicle, the Open Society Institute. The institute, in turn, has passed cash on to far more radical groups, such as MoveOn.org.

Soros was born in 1930. I am interested in knowing what sort of collaberation he may have had with the Nazis before there demise. Or was it after?
His fortune was begun (sic) with money from murdered Jews? Where did you find that?
I did meet him around two years ago, here in Jakarta, and found him an eminently decent man. His organisation has done a lot of good work in Indonesia, trying to get the government to be more responsive to the people here. I do hope that your insinuation is off base.

And it would be easy for a foreign state to make such a man rich, by providing advance knowledge of currency manipulations and impending important events, so the front man could adapt his investments accordingly
He was a teenager at the time. His family collaborated with the Nazi’s. as I’ve heard it told, so were given special treatment.
He’s like an octopus, isn’t he?
Working theory:
George Soros, either directly or through close trusted associates, receives advance notice regarding terrorist activities, judges the potential for success and places trades based upon his prior knowledge and the probability for success.
In return, a portion of his profits from the prior knowledge are then fed back into the terrorists’ funding network.
Additional amounts can not help but find their way into political circles in this, and other countries.
Most likely, George Soros is also a conduit for terrorist money into the election process, and into individual candidates’ campaigns.
Evidence(?): 1.4 billion in put options that expired today and were put on prior to the Israeli attack on the Syrian NCB installation, betting that the market would drop precipitiously. (This is from memory, and is subject to expert verification)
Who ordered that trade? Soros has the financial ability to make that trade, did he?
What would the effect on the markets have been if sometime in the last two weeks, Tel Aviv would have been the subject of a NCB Scud attack. Chemical/biologic would have killed in the thousands, if successful - nuclear, potentially in the hundreds of thousands dead and injured.
Something for a good investigative reporter to look into, in his free time. :)

Let's do some arithmetic. According to the posted article he is now 77. In 1945 (when the Nazi regime was eliminated) he would have been 14 or 15.
Are you sure he was a collaborator?
