Liberal lawyers and judges, where would this nation be without them?

“Stupid g*ddamn lawyer who started this should be whipped till he’s dead.”

BUMP.

This kind of abuse of the judicial system happens a lot more frequently than gets reported. It is disgusting.

That the courts in the District would even allow this suit to be filed is a joke. But...so is the District of Columbia(Plutonia).

Hard working folk lose part of their business because some self-centered, supercillious meathead got ticked off about his trousers.

I am so glad that I live across the river from “Meathead Central.”

I thought the guy was an "administrative law" judge.

What the hell is wrong with the people in DC? This type of suit should hae brought more business into his shop as a sign of support.

Just to put a different spin on this, they didn’t shutter the place. They SOLD the locations to someone else. Big deal. They now have cash instead of part of their business, and they have the ability to grow their business again. No doubt, the administrative law judge is a donkey’s behind, but let’s not over-dramatize the victims here.

He was inded an administrative law judge.

Well, that’s ok. I believe that somewhere, sometime, this putz will get his reward — either in this life or the next one.

Another example of why we need tort reform.

I propose that per plaintiff punitive damages on all law suits be capped at the minimum of

(Though I'd settle for the maximum of the first two as a per plaintiff cap, provided there was also a cap on overall punitive damages in class-action lawsuits as well.)

PEOPLE — The Plaintiff did not have a lawyer. He filed his own lawsuit. He was a nut job adminsitrative law judge.

Sorry to interrupt the lawyer bashing with an injection of fact; but no lawyer would take the judge's case. Thats why he brought it himself.

Why was this suit not thrown out of court for silliness and the Judge not disbarred?

The injustice is that our courts let this wierdo drive the cleaners out of business for no apparent reason other than the judge is a jerk.
