2 Howell boys accused of forcing classmate to have sex on bus

HOWELL - Two Howell elementary school boys - ages 9 and 11 - have been charged as juveniles with criminal sexual conduct for allegedly making a 7-year-old boy perform oral sex while on a school bus in May.
The father of the 11-year-old boy, however, said his son merely witnessed the attacks and was himself a victim of a similar attempted sexual assault by the 9-year-old. He questioned the safety of students on Howell buses
"We take it for granted our children are safe," the 38-year-old father said. "We're worried about predators coming up to the bus stop, not being on the bus. How can you think our children are safe? The school should be accountable for what happens on the bus."
Although the events reportedly happened at the end of the school year, Superintendent Chuck Breiner said he just learned of the alleged sexual assaults on Monday when the 11-year-old boy's father called him to ask why his son was questioned by the school principal and a police officer without his knowledge.
Police reports indicate that the 7-year-old reported that on several occasions he was forced to perform a sex act on the 9-year-old boy. The incidents are alleged to have taken place toward the end of the after-school bus route when there were few students on the bus.
School buses have cameras but a video tape is inconclusive, said Breiner.
Juvenile court records indicate the 9- and 11-year-old boys are each charged with first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
If convicted as charged, both boys also would have to register as sex offenders for life.
Another homo sex predator. sigh.
Wow...what a great start to one's life. Registered as a sex offender at age 9.
There is no innocence anymore.
I didn't even know what this was until at least middle teens.

Sadly, the only thing surprising about a story like this these days...

It was not a sex act, ask President Clinton, who is more than willing to set the example for our country’s youth.
How is a nine and 11 year old a “homo”? The 9 yr. old certainly hasn’t hit puberty and probably has little idea why he’s doing this. It’s our over-sexed culture that causes these things. These kids learn it from somewhere.
It used to be that kids were given some “health ed” in 5th grade and had “sex ed” in 7th grade.
IMO this is the result of teaching kindergardeners “sex ed”, with the additional push that homosexual acts are OK.

I always have believed there needs to be be another adult on the buses then just the bus driver. I think there are just too many children for a bus driver to watch & drive at the same time.
And people wonder why my kids don’t ride the bus. I take them to school every day.

So, you are saying a person doesn’t know if they are hetero or homo until puberty?? Tell, us, Dr. Spock, all about that definition.
Just remember where this all started. Oral sex became the norm with teenagers when it was ok’d by Bill the original pedophile Clinton. This behavior has now trickled down to seven, eight, and nine year olds. Bill introduced oral sex to many young girls because Monica was so young. Just barely older than his own daughter. What a sad legacy. Remember we dont need four more years of any Clinton.
My God. 9 & 11 years old! When I was that age back in the late 1960’s I was thinking of building tree forts,buying monster magazines,fishing,going to the boardwalk,etc....
This is just sick!
