The only way this would be guaranteed to work is if you had/could only choose state health care. Think VA. Think public health clinics. Think big downtown hospital with lots of lines and people laying around waiting.

I know that lots of people find ways to evade the laws requiring car insurance, and it would be fun to compile those numbers to show how unenforceable this mandate would be. Run ads that 199 m don’t have car insurance. Emergency! Dems just make their issues up and browbeat us with their bogus propaganda. Morris said last night that those without health insurance have a higher ave income than average.
