Happy Tuesday? Happy? Tuesday? Ah, I can't think of any reason that Tuesday could be a happy day UNLESS one were to win the lottery on Tuesday. After all, Tuesday follows Monday at the beginning of the week. We know about Mondays, right? Duh!
