St. Rachel the Flattened loses in court again...
This had less to do with Foreign Policiy decisions by the White House, and more to do about how ridiculous it was to sue the bulldozer manufacturer, because Saint Rachel was a dumbass to stand in front of it in the first place...
But I won't wait to hear that analysis out of the 9th Circuit any time soon...

Wow... and from the 9th circus even. Color me surprised.

Consider how lame their case was that even the nutjob 9th Circuit rejected it! Would someone please post the picture of Nelson saying, “Ha. Ha.”

Even a stopped...or broken...clock indicates the right time twice a day. For the 9th Circuit, IMHO, they are far less accurate and dependable than a broken clock.

Glad to see this lawsuit thrown out.
How ridiculous to sue the maker of the bulldozer in this case. Rachel Corrie foolishly tried to be a human blockade of a bulldozer and was killed. So, the parents decide to sue the bulldozer manufacturer. It’s tough to talk about since she’s dead, but Rachel Corrie had such “compassion” if that’s the word for Palestianians fighting alleged human rights violations by Israel, and apparently zero compassion for the victims of September 11th, or victims of terror in general. She was very selective in her outrage about the state of the world.

I am sure the family was just flattened by the news -— All their hopes of justice smushed like a bug, ground under the treads of the judicial machinery.

Looks like Rachel didn’t have much of a chance as a “red diaper doper baby” being raised by the cretins she drew as parents...

Rachel Corrie foolishly tried to be a human blockade of a bulldozer and was killed. The stupidity is even more spectacular.
According to various reports, she was playing "chicken" with the bulldozers all day long, jumping out of the way at the last split second. On the final "chicken" run, she miscalculated and tripped over a pile of dirt just as the shovel was emptying a load of debris and rebar.

You mean if I take a match and light up the Corrie’s home they’ll sue the match company?
Sheer idiocy.
