O.J. Simpson has been arrested in Las Vegas and will likely be charged on three counts -- conspiracy to commit armed robbery, armed robbery and armed robbery with a deadly weapon, according to CNN.

Reportedly, at the time of the murders, the children = who were home that night - thought he had killed her and the little boy had asked if daddy would kill them too - suffer the little children
If you read the transcript of the OJ trail, Fuhrman actually took the 5th when asked if he was lying on the witness stand.

Strangely enough, while the Summer of the OJ Killings was going on around us, I dated a very nice guy whose own late father had been on trial for the murder of his mother (when the guy I dated was a child). As the guy recounted the story, his Dad sounded guiltier than OJ. However, a crucial piece of evidence, found later, pointed to someone else, an underling of his father (a wealthy business owner), providing reasonable doubt, and his father was acquitted.
In a way it comforted me for the Simpson kids, because it was obvious that psychology had let my friend cling to his father’s innocence his whole life. He still believed it. His father had always repeated his innocence to him. The mind can be a protective thing.

The defense will be screaming that OJ was an innocent bystander. HE didn’t have a weapon. HE didn’t pull a gun. HE had no idea that these guys would pull such a horrific crime in his presence. HE was ‘framed’! And just one person on the jury could hold out for the innocent verdict, and he will end up walking - once again.
Oops! O.J. should have been watching the commercials. What happened in Las Vegas is going to STAY in Las Vegas. For about 25 years. Get the riot police ready though.

You don't spend much time in Vegas, do you? There is a good sized black population and it spans from gangs and lower class thugs all the way through middle class and upper.
I like Furman. What did he have to say about O.J.’s latest crime?
