“Democratic Talk Radio has been victimized by freeper attacks of all sorts.”
— —
Run this thought the Logical Translator:
1) “Democratic Talk Radio” = The unsustainably extinct political dinosaur.
2) “has been victimized” = was thoroughly discredited
3) “by freeper attacks” = by burying our positions with irrefutable logic, facts, and reason.
4) “of all sorts” = they also keep revealing our stupidity, our ignorance, and our love of socialism.

I couldn’t read the whole thing, (I don’t possess that degree of intestinal fortitude), But what I did read was chicken $hit in the extreme.
Liberals always accuse others of what they, themselves are guilty of in spades.
No wonder people like me hate their guts.

AOL seems to think that their Terms of Service trumps the US Constitutional guarantees of Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Assembly. Actually it does. It's called a 'contract' children. Look into it sometime.

Recently, we are finding that thousands of pieces of spam are being sent that claims falsely to be coming from various fake names @democraticTalkRadio.com when no emails are ever sent from addresses using @democratictalkradio.com. Our mailbox is being flooded with undelivered spam being returned so real email does not always get to us. Idiot. That happens to everyone who has a domain name. The stuff originates in China or Eastern Europe. It's plain old spam. Spammers will do anything to slip through the spam filters. Using fake addresses in the "From" address is one of the most common things they do. Virtually every domain I manage — some of them totally non-controversial — has this going on. It goes with the territory.
Critics are complaining to AOL about receiving our Democratic Voices columns
Imagine that. He should do the same thing I did when "critics" crabbed to Spamcop about emails from the SwiftVets: 'splain the spam cops about what's going on, and make sure you have your own house in order before you do, i.e. make your list double-opt-in so you can show the spam cops where and when the complainer signed up to receive the emails. |

It is generally a bad idea to engage in litigation against lying clowns like this. Can a cause of action be stated against them? Yes. However, there is a maxim in law school that you should not "get in a p*ssing contest with a skunk."

I'm inclined to agree with you. It was a knee-jerk reaction to the lies in the article.

The Leftists don’t have a monopoly on the Internet like they do with the MSM and that’s just NOT fair!!

Apparently Stephen Crockett and Al Lawrence have a lot of bones to pick with AOL as well as us.
I find the accusation of “profanity and obscenities” particularly comical since you can’t find the F word on FreeRepublic but you can find it all over Daily Kos and DU.
What this really amounts to is that Crockett and Lawrence think anybody who disagrees with them is a “hater”. I can’t speak for AOL which we all know is hardly conservative. But the fact that the authors attack them also simply shows that they are flailing trying to find some bogeyman to blame for their illogical political positions and poor business skills.
