Paul has held the most consistent position on immigration out of any of the candidates running for the White House during his decades of service in Washington D.C.Yes, he's been consistent. He's never been an advocate to secure the borders or never introduced anything that would secure them. His 'consistency' is to state welfare should be cut off from aliens. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Your understanding was my understanding as well and I think it is the best approach. Cutting welfare and repealing modern american socialism is the best way to reform immigration, and help ourselves too. :)
