THE REALLY hot skinny from California is that when Arnold Schwarzenegger departs the governor's office, his in-laws - the Shrivers of Kennedy fame - will have Bobby Shriver positioned to make the run.

Shriver is a City Councilman in the Santa Monica. As a hobby, he hooks up with Bono fighting AIDS in Africa. He was also appointed by Gray Davis (and Arnie) to head the state Parks board.
