Trouble better hire a food taster.

I love dogs. Even if it was her dog. I’ll care for the little pooch.
I always told my mother I’d rather have 10 dogs than one kid.

Nope, from the looks of that list you have already spent all of Troubles millions and are a few millions in trouble.
I havent even begun to spend all $12 million of Troubles money. I didnt buy any luxury cars, yachts or private jets. I think Im pretty frugal actually. I bought a modest home in Malibu and a few vacations and some designer clothes. Does that add up to $12 million already?
Damn! $12 million doesnt go as far as I thought it would.
Never mind. I dont want the job after all if I have to slum it the rest of my life.
Let the nasty, maid-biting, mangy flea bag go to the pound.
I only whisper to dogs that have the big bucks!

“But that isn’t to be either. The cemetery says state law forbids animal remains buried in human graveyards.”
When the time comes, dig her up and put her in the pet cemetery with the dog.

Send me the dog and one million and I will lavish it with love till the day it dies. I will also immediately retire.

I think you win! You have the best business model ... you must write mission statements for a living!

This dog could have his own reality TV show if it's handled right!

Poor little guy. His mommy's gone and he really has no one who cares about him. The money certainly won't help him. I'd like to take him in.

I agree with you, Carolyn. Most of the other posts are heartless. And I’m begining to understand why Leona was so angry. What a bunch of lowlifes she was surrounded by.
As for that state law that pets cannot be interred with their owners: if we are going to be so prissy about what animals can go in coffins, what are we going to do about the maggots?
To: Knutsdatter
Good question. Believe it or not, yesterday I Googled Leona Helmsley's estate and got the name of one of the attorneys. I e-mailed him and told him I was willing to take the dog, no money and no strings attached. He gave me the name of the lawyer who is handling the estate, and I e-mailed him. No response as yet, but I thought it couldn't hurt to try. We already have two dogs, both were strays, and one more won't hurt. :^)
