Heterosexism is defined as a "prejudice against homosexuals on the assumption that heterosexuality is the norm". By their own overinflated count homosexuals only comprise 10% of the population, this means that heterosexuality IS THE NORM.

I really don’t have a problem with NOT EXCISING the fact of a historically significant person was gay/bi, but if and only if such is somehow relevant to the curricular/ contextual treatment of that figure. And usually, a person’s sexual orientation just isn’t any reasonable part of the *reason why* he or she is historically important.
Example: Leonardo da Vinci was probably gay; Michelangelo certainly was. But in K-12 studies, is that likely to be genuinely worth mentioning? Probably not.

"key learning concepts" in the new course are "ableism, ageism, anthropocentrism, consumerism, cultural imperialism, extremism, feminism, fundamentalism, heterosexism, humanism, racism, sexism and speciesism. SPECIESISM??? Are we next going to see chimpanzees sitting next to humans in Vancouver high schools?

Where is the Canadian Prime Minister to call on schools to refuse this curriculum and for parents to remove their children until they do so? That is the only rational next course for him after this insanity.

AGAIN, the queer agenda in academia rears its ugly head to be forced down the throats of kids. The indoctrination and force-feeding of radical leftist dogma just continues unabated in government school systems. If I had to educate mine over again, they would NEVER set foot in a liberal indoctrination camp. Just too many examples exist where if the government touches it, it turns to #$%@. Parents had better get involved in the public education process and get control of it SOON.

You have to admit, public schools recruiting kids to be sexual deviants is a pretty sick idea.

I would say it’s time for some HONEST stories in media as just what homosexual sex entails - what and how they do what they do...Believe it or not, there are a lot of naive people in the general public who have not a clue.
If the actual practices and habits were explained - I do believe more decent people would finally stand up and say NO MORE.’
‘And why do just two homo men get to take this to court and force parents who believe otherwise - indeed, for Christian parents to whom this teaching will violate their religious rights to raise their children under the precepts of the Bible =- where are their rights?
The public schools in the U.S., U,K, and Canada are now only liberal/Socialist/homo indoctrination camps. They will not change but only get worse. It is a waste of time, energy and money to try to make them change.
The only alternative is for churches and parents to start a mass exodus by setting up Church schools, small private neighborhood “Parent SChools” and homeschooling.
The only thing the Education/Indoctrination gurus will listen to is the sound of money going out the door with the loss of “matching funds.”
But it needs to go further than that. Property owners should have the right to demand that their portion of the school taxes go to the school of their choice - and NOT to support these practices that will, as it has to societies in the past, destroy our society.

The part here which really upsets me is the ‘you cant opt out’ again proving that to the left separation of church and state means that the state can overrule the moral and religious education of peoples children. If I lived somewhere like this and did not have the means or opportunity to homeschool I would leave tomorrow!

One's sexual life style is a matter of choice, doncha know?(Sarc.)
Do you have difficulty in adjusting to the cruel teenage dating game that happens between opposite sexes?
Has your heart been broken by the cruelty of a member of the opposite sex?
Well just give the homosexual life style a try. You will find immediate physical and mental gratification, and have VERY close, and understanding friends who will NEVER desert you , or make you feel badly. They won't reject you but they may pass you around until you find someone you are comfortable with ( we homos look after our own, unlike heterosexuals!)

consumerism, cultural imperialism Ah, here's the Communist contribution. anthropocentrism, speciesism Peter Singer? Is that you? heterosexism In other words, believing that the natural order of things is normal. There's the homosexual activists getting another of their misleading coined words in fundamentalism, extremism The atheists having their say, not that they'd dare say anything about the "religion" where fundamentalism causes the most problems, or where extremism is most prevalent. ageism I have no idea what they mean here - I'd like to see instances of discrimination based on age where its not completely justifiable. I should probably tell my parents their being "ageist" when they tell me what to do...

The British Columbia Human Rights Commission ordered that Murray Corren and his homosexual partner Peter Corren be allowed to force the BC Education Ministry to accept their curriculum and that parents will not be allowed to remove their children.
When that shoe drops here, I would hope that there is enough American spirit left in the public here to resist this through whatever means necessary.
