NEW YORK — “A small explosive device was set off in front of an apartment building, causing damage to a van parked outside and forcing the evacuation of residents, police said Tuesday.
The building on West 29th Street and Eigthth Avenue was undamaged after the device blew up at about 1:30 a.m., police said. No one was injured in the blast.”
