Yes, to all three. Source was a British book on the conflict I read a few years back that was written in 1984.

Thats the scuttlebutt I heard as well, along with possible medical treatment for those soldiers who needed to be evacuated to the USA.

The fuel and sidewinders were loaded in Britain, the Satlint was ongoing.

And Argentina has never forgotten it.
