Ah, yes, the Bird in Hand!
I went there once and had everything they had on draught, one pint at a time, starting from the left. Admittedly, the hard cider was totally unexpected, but not too bad (and I was feeling no pain once the publican got to that spout!).
In a village about 10 miles from us Biddenden there is a vineyard which do their own cider and that is sold on draught in several pubs in the area. Boy that is strong, they also do a bottled one called special reserve and that is more like a liqueur than a drink of cider.
