My brother (U. Minn grad in the mid-1990s), said he was shocked
during a visit to The Twin Cities in 2006.

humans in art classes in at least one charter school in the Twin

Look at The Twin Cities.
And do ALL you can to make sure your American city doesn't go

into your locale.
