Local campaign commercial draws debate again By Gerald Witt Staff Writer Thursday, Aug. 30, 2007 4:15 pm REIDSVILLE — In his run for the Rockingham County School Board, Christopher Knight made a campaign commercial of himself with a light saber — a’la Star Wars — defending the county’s schools against pressures of federal regulations for schools.
That spot made news locally and nationally during the election season.
