I'm working with a few other people in the Rochester area on creating a conservative website/blog. The blogger software for the webhosting company that we have our website on is WordPress. Unfortunately for me, WordPress uses php, something I know little about. I'd like to have a unique look and feel to the website, a patriotic theme preferably a three column theme. I did find a couple of free themes on the web, but they're two columned.
I'd rather a Freeper helped us out with this. If you have any ideas, please post here.

Be sure to look for a widget ready theme. You will thank yourself later.
navigation-10 is a great three column theme.
It's 2.2 and widget ready from what I've seen so far....plus it's 3-column fluid-width with left and right sidebars AND free...which I have personal preference for...;)

Wordpress hosts Jihadi websites and should be investigated before you spend your money with them.
This is going to be a fun project. I've met some conservatives through our local newspaper forum and blogs. We've met up a few times and thought there was a need for a conservative website/blog for Rochester, NY. The libs are dominant in the local blogger scene, but once we're up and running, we'll give them a run for their money! :-)
