Never stop being outraged.
Because if you ever do, its finally over.
Kick the kid in the nuts.
You should point at him and start laughing.
If I could access a phone, I’d have called the police. But shock and frustration can make us all lose our train of thought :)
Was it one of our famous immigrants doing the job Americans won’t touch with a pole?
I’d be tempted to point, laugh and make a comment that included the word ‘small’. But I’d be more likely to duck around the corner, grab my cell, and call 911.
I got flashed once while in the car in front of the 7-11.
I never laughed so much in my life. He ran away when he didn’t see the reaction he wanted.
The next thing I noticed, and I will forever rue the day that I saw this, was that his boxer shorts were wide open in the front.
Oh come on. This is the latest fashion trend for certain segments of the population. He just took it to the next level.
Look on the bright side. Maybe he was wizzing on Chinese products. It was a Wal-Mart, after all.
(Yeah, this is a sick story. If I started on an outrage rant, though, I'd get too worked up.)
Wal Mart sells scissors, apply appropriately
...you were what the perv was looking for...someone to shock...you were, he got his jollies. Most likely you’ll see him again in the store...THIS TIME....fine a manager....insist the security camera’s watch him specifically....(which they can and should do)...then make sure they call the cops when he starts playing “hide Mr Winkie” for lady customers.
Read up on it. You have the right to make a citizen’s arrest. If the kid doesn’t comply, you can probably put him on the ground and hold him until K-Mart officials go crazy trying to figure out which customer should not be offended most...
Eventually the cops will arrive and this pervert WILL be booked for indecent exposure. It’s a very serious crime. The kid will have to register as a sex-offender. That’s something nobody wants on their record. It will follow him the rest of his life, unless this too can get exponged when he’s 21.
I doubt it can, but I’m not sure.
I’m serious about reading up on this, or perhaps talking to an officer in your town. Tell him what happened and what someone suggested. See if he agrees or can give you a better suggestion. Perhaps he’ll just fill you in on exactly what procedure to follow if you do go the Citizen’s arrest route.
Good luck.
If ever need another pervert stopped in Walmart point at him and yell “Shop Lifter!” at the top of your lungs. You’ll be amazed how much security they have available near the front door.
His buddy came up and claimed to be a Viet Nam era veteran Marine. He said he had gone to war so this guy could have the freedom to wear that shirt. I told him my dad was a Marine drill instructor who did two full tours in Viet Nam and he would have kicked both of their hind quarters if was alive to see this kind of filthy disrespect.
Then I walked over to customer service to find a manager (who was unavailable). I told the people at the desk what I had seen and asked how they could let something like that into their store. I basically got the same answer you got -- a shrug. Although they could not believe someone was actually wearing that t-shirt -- until they saw him leave a few minutes later.
I really don't know what people are thinking today. It's as though they all have some mental condition that causes them to lose all restraint. Then they fully believe they have the "right" to do anything they can think of doing and no one, not even those in authority seems to have the good sense to stop them.
As pathetic as this guy was I had to deal with, I think I would have had to call the police if I had seen the guy you saw. (They would have had to take one of us away.)
Wal Mart is under a NEW regime.........all CHINA all the time.
Remember under the old man?
Made in America!!!!
I’d call the police now, then tomorrow I’d call my local newspaper. Wal-Mart will pay attention then.
Indecent Exposure is a crime.
Report it to the police.
SMACK HIS PEEPEE
There was a guy years back attending UC Berkeley, going to class totally NAKED. He was known as the naked guy. The campus did nothing. After a while he started showing up in shopping malls totally naked. My girlfriend at the time was the manager at one of the malls and had to ask him to leave. A few years later naked guy committed suicide. True story.
Walmart isn’t the safest place for kids:
Excerpt:
It took just seconds for a little girl to be molested by a Wal-Mart employee in June 2005. A store that wants to be known for its low prices, may be getting another reputation.
A four-year-old girl was molested in Arizona. There are allegations a six-year-old boy was nearly attacked in New Hampshire. In South Carolina a 10-year-old girl was molested in the electronics aisle. The Wal-Mart employee — a three time convicted sex offender.
Remember last year’s news in Friendswood? A 13-year-old boy was molested in the bathroom by Wal-Mart employee Amelcar Enriquez. (snip)

You should have asked to see the store manager. The service clerk and greeter have little say because they are low on the totem pole. They know that their direct intervention could be disputed, as it is not their role to take disciplinary action. But the manager has a right and duty to hold customers to any in-store or public policy.
Maybe he was the manager’s brother
