In some countries that’s true, like France, you have an affirmative duty to act. I’m not sure if good samaritan laws here would cover this.

They ARE guilty in the eyes of the law.

I know of someone who went to jail because he was with a guy who raped a girl and did nothing to stop him.

All those people should be charged.

What goes around, comes around. I wonder how they’d feel if it happens to them and everyone just abandons them.

This makes me so sick.

Failure to stop and render aid, aiding and abeting the commission of a felony... they ARE guilty in the eyes of the LAW, as well as the LORD.

All that must happen for evil to exist is good men to do nothing.
