"People are leaving," he says. "They're scared of the sheriff." And this is bad, why?
The only ones who should be scared are those who are breaking the law.

Later in the article -
"There is a large group of people on the other side who believe the new law, which takes effect in November, is a good idea." On the other side? Of what? The Rio Grande? I don't think so! Once again the author of the article certainly shows his bias.
Oh, if only we we could let them stay and have the people or "their" side foot the total bill!

Business owner Simon Navarro came to America for a better life. And, he found one on Tulsa's east side. Buisiness owner Simon Navarro broke into America illegally for a better life. And, he found one on Tulsa's east side.
Business owner?! is THAT a job no other American wants to do?

Let’s hope this becomes a trend all over the country, that communities crack down and illegal invaders depart. Legal immigrants, fine. Illegal invaders, get out.

What burns my bacon is Bush saying we can’t deport them. They will self deport if laws are enacted and enforced.

But, a tough new state law has much of Tulsa's illegal immigrant population fleeing for fear of deportation. There, that fixed it.

I remember when my 16 year old son was job hunting. Employers would flat out not even interview him unless he had a diploma or a proficiency certificate, or he had a work permit signed by the school district.
This bullshit line of there's too many illegals to deal with them is laughable once you compare that to how many working teens there are. And the government has NO PROBLEM keeping employers in fear of violating child labor laws for THAT sector of workers.

a tough new state law has much of Tulsa's illegal immigrant population fleeing for fear of deportation. A Win Win for everyone obeying the law. Fear is a wonderful thing for those breaking the law. Makes those fearful think twice.

Maybe this will help out my ex-girlfreind’s auto insurance problems in OKC... She was involved in 3 auto accidents in the last year, all 3 of which were with uninsured, (suspected) illegal aliens. Her auto insurance rates have skyrocketed, even though she wasn’t at fault in any of those wrecks.

Head ‘em up, move ‘em out,
Move ‘em on, head ‘em out Rawhide!
Set ‘em out, ride ‘em in
Ride ‘em in, let ‘em out,
Cut ‘em out, ride ‘em in Rawhide.
Rollin’, rollin’, rollin’

Just rope and throw and grab ‘em,
