We STILL need the “John Doe” law so a-holes like this can't sue frivolously

Now, can we please “Drop” them FROM an airplane, preferably deep in the Saudi Desert?
No parachutes, sorry, that might violate their religious idiocy.

Now, imams, get the hell out of this country and go to one of your Muslim garden spots. Buh-bye!

They left the suit against the airline in place. Good, this means that the Imams will have to answer questions under oath during “discovery”...

...does this mean that the suit against the AIRLINE is dropped as well, or are they only cutting the (shallow pockets unwinnable) passengers loose from liability?

I was concerned about the judge hearing this case. She initially sounded sympathetic to their complaint.

Sorta sick and tired of these folks using our freedoms to further terrorist goals. While back in their countries, Christians not only can’t practice their religion, if they do so they face long prison terms or death.
Somethin’ otta wack here.

Operative sentence from the article:
The new law would allow "John Doe" passengers who are wrongly sued to recover legal fees.
More laws like this would go a long way in bringing sanity back into everyday life.

President Bush recently signed into law a provision that protects airline passengers who report suspicious behavior that may foreshadow terrorist attacks.
Even though the muslims will still say they're victims, this is good news. Let's celebrate! Ham sandwiches for everyone!

The Flying Idiots dropped the “John Does” now because the new law gives them immunity. The Does would have been able to recover counsel fees if the Idiots continued the suit against them. The decision was a matter of pure economics, not an act of compassion.
