Fred went over what he’d said at the VFW convention yesterday-

- discussed the need to enforce the LAW first and secure the border- said we don’t have the administrative ability now to deal with the illegals- it would have been even worse if the immigration bill had been passed..stressed the national security aspects of lack of border security..

- mentioned his announcement would be in a matter of days..
..and interesting..said he looked forward to working with George Allen in the future. Not sure if that was just a collegial comment or something more...
