Even more money in cancer research.
Fund cures, not research. This could be done by establishing a private or gov't reward fund of say, $20 billion for whoever finds the "cure for cancer," however that's defined.
Then sit back and wait for the cure.
There's something wrong here. I work for a VC that invests in biotech, if he doesn't want VC cash, he's got something to hide.
Ruh-roh.
Agreed. I wish they’d push nutrition and supplements more than they do. Doctors just don’t care about that and they aren’t taught much about it in medical school either. Once in a while you find a doctor who does but it’s rare. I’d LOVE to get ahold of one for MY doctor. Oh well, probably won’t happen in my lifetime but hopefully one day they’ll realize how much diet helps when fighting these horrific diseases.
Will keep her in my prayers.. Doing the same journey with my little sister.. She had her first radiation treatment today.
First, what's so special about Curley and M.D. Anderson?
Second does Curley know that Kanzius advocates an "invention" that would have to violate the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics?
Yeah, but why would the inventor even want to sell to the venture capitalists - maybe he would and maybe he wouldn’t. They would be guaranteed to lose millions/billions on their endeavor with no assurance that they could buy rights to the new guy’s invention. You assume a lot. And, believe it or not, some people cannot be bought.
So sorry to hear - will lift up your sister in my prayers as well.
Another reason, BTW, to be frightened of universal health care. Did you know that the UK is now the worst country in Europe (though it’s not really part of Europe) for cancer survival. I did some research on this awhile back but Dennis Prager had a lengthy piece on his show today about this. Cancer will be an even worse killer here if we let the Dems take over.
Anyway, prayers going up.
I'm not. This sounds like taxpayer funded pseudoscience.
But I could be wrong.
As a nurse, socialized medicine gives me the willies.
Agreed..will trade prayers.
If they’re willing to complete all the necessary studies, then I don’t see why you think this is pseudoscience.
As for taxpayer funded, well, I don’t mind funding this kind of thing, since it’s relevant and may be important. Even if it doesn’t work, it might lead to another breakthrough. When one considers all the crazy things we fund with our taxes, this doesn’t fall into that category (IMHO).
Keep me posted on your little sis. I’ll be thinking of her.
“Very interesting. Id go for it for a 50 percent chance...”
Odds can be better with proper coaching, and with the right choice of alternative treatment.
I don’t know for sure. I will see what I can find out, might take a few days.

You have a private reply...
That is one of the most encouraging things I ever read. Many years ago I read a long article entitled, "The Solid Gold Cancer Train," and it was all about the obscene amounts of money that doctors, hospitals, labs, and pharmaceutical companies make off of cancer patients. Believe me, they are NOT interested in any "miracle cures".
It is interesting to me that you feel that way because I am of the same sentiment. If you read some of the other posts to my original post, what you might have noticed is that many people seem to think this guy is a “crackpot” just because he said this. I didn’t see it that way at all because, like you, I believe sickness and death ARE big moneymakers and there are always people who will cease making money when a real cure is found. Maybe they don’t want it to happen.
the list keeps growing...
