The FBI is asking for the public's help two identify two men who have been seen acting strangely aboard Washington State ferries recently.
According to federal agents, passengers have seen the men on several occasions exhibiting unusual behavior. The FBI did not say precisely what that unusual behavior entailed.
Anyone who knows the men or there whereabouts are asked to call the FBI at (206) 622-0460.
Was the suspicious behavior bowing toward Mecca?
Guess the FBI or the station can't say "men of Middle Eastern appearance".
Even if it was, the FBI wouldn't tell you. It might offend Muslims.

I have taken the ferry from Edmonds to Kingston across the Sound many times...

Good someone was noticing these guys and shot a picture. With these digital cameras, it makes that so easy. I always carry mine just in case I need it.
I admit it. I’m guilty of thinking that they look guilty.
Always thought a speed boat bomb into a rush hour Staten Island Ferry in January (frigid water)was/is an inevitability.
They were dangling their feet in the water, washing them.
Good grief. What the hell were the passengers thinking? They should have had police and/or coastguard on that ferry immediately.
So they can attack their enemies. Why else?

I watch the ferries from my windows and don’t see any Coast Guard escorts. Last weekend there was SOMETHING going on with two cars,,,,each with one dark skinned man in them.....and TONS of POLICE.
