LOL!
When I worked for one of the major oil companies, there was a rumor that one of our VPs owned 200 pairs of Cole Hanns.
wore = worn
Well then he should be shot or at least get therapy. I feel guilt for having three pairs of sandels which all look about the same. I know that they’re different though I love all three pairs. I’m one of those folks who if I had unlimited time and money would probably end up being a cat lady with 30 cats and 300 pairs of shoes.
Would they been happier if he wore Bruno Maglis?.........
Another story involved his purchase of a new Lexus, which was hammered by a hail storm while parked at the local airport. Some one made a snide remark that if he had bought an American car, it would have been parked in the repair shop and would’ve avoided the hail...
Other favorite leather stuff is Marc Andrew (aforementioned purse) and Hartmann luggage. The first time I took my Hartmann briefcase back into a judge’s chambers, he took it, openned it up and took a deep breath which was sort of creepy. My new purse, people ask to smell it. I didn’t think I had a leather fetish but good leather seems to bring it out in other people. Soon of course, Peta will make it as unfashionable as fur.
Wore is OK if you are from Tennessee ;-)
Only the media would recognize those shoes as Gucci’s.
Amen to that! Also remember the CPU (cost per use). The more you wear/use it - the lower the cost per use becomes. I have a fabulous and very practical pair of brown leather Prada ankle boots I got for $225 (at their outlet, Space) and I wore them all last winter so the CPU is pretty low.
I also just bought a fantastic pair of Prada knee high black leather with faux fur inside (that you can roll down or wear up to the knee) for this winter. They were $475 at Space (they retail for $950!!) and I KNOW I'll get years and years of use out of them - AND they are top notch quality! I aknow I'll wear them all the time because they're like walking on soft pillows! :)
All I know is that I'm a Capricorn, and I like nice things. (*AND KNOW HOW TO WORK HARD TO ACQUIRE THEM.)
And finger OFF the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
Shocking as it may seem, there are actually people who live in Iowa that can afford to own Guccis.
Birkenstocks might be a different story, however.
The guy is about 6'5", for cring out loud, and doesn't weigh 155 pounds or have size 9 feet. He's not 16 years old. He needs good shoes.
I'm a tall person with larger feet and have to wear better shoes with good support when walking any distance or I feel it immediately.
His Gucci loafers are no doubt well broken-in and comfortable for all the walking and standing in 90-plus weather at a county fair. Heat makes the feet and ankles swell.
If I could afford it, I'd buy Gucci's or the equivalent to wear at lengthy street freeps in the Florida weather here.

Whew! Thankfully that probably won’t happen.
Cole Haan sizes run so small that Fred would probably have to find a size 15 like I would to wear them. I wear a size 13 in normal shoes and I’ve yet to find a pair of Cole Haans that fit me.
he looks like he is afraid of that shotgun.
I have the same opinion. I’ve tried on a few Cole Hanns but they all pinched my feet.
