I don't see how the US can do this w/o cooperation of Mexican government. Once the person crosses the border US officials have no power.
Definately GULITY!
Regards AIT.
Let them go on strike.
That means they are not willing to do the work that Americans won’t do. What is their reason for being here then?
Going on strike is not a well thought out strategy.
Mexico has never been a friend of our United States.
Based on old pesos!
The looters of Mexico want to have the freedom to loot America.
After spending several years starting oil exploration crews for Pemex, I think I have The reason Mexico has become so bad.
I like the Mexican people in the fly over parts of Mexico. The mid level and workers of Pemex are good. It is the government and the high up in Pemex that are the vultures and looters. The peso was about 8 cents (12.5 to a dollar). When Pemex found the sito grande, a very large oil pool that covers parts of the states of Chiapas and Tabasco also a long ways into the Gulf of Mexico.
Pemex borrowed billions to produce this great oil find. The looters (government) stole most of the money and what they did buy was junk oil rigs and drill pipe, etc. 1,000 pesos which was worth about $80 now will not buy a coke (old pesos). This was due to the looters stealing billions from the Mexican people.
Instead of overthrowing the looters the Mexican people had an out, they had no weapons and they could cross into America and have a much safer life. This hurts both Mexico and America as Mexico lost some of its hardest workers. The gangbangers and welfare frauds also came over from Mexico as they could rape and pillage at will.
The government of Mexico is propped up by the billions sent back by the illegals and by our government having borders that are too open.
The only chance I see to help America and Mexico is to seal the border, deport the people who are not here legally. We also need to arm the Mexican people so they can have a chance against the looters with their armies.
This is the program as I understand it.
Good background and details on this horrific problem.
I have no idea as to the answer to your question.
In fact, I was wondering the same thing.
I actually hope she tries it. I'd love to see the standoff, and end result. Except this time, put her up in Arizona tent city, then deport her again.
Thank you!
Doesn’t sound encouraging at all.
But...HEY...she’s in the news.
She’s their poster whatever.
Who cares if the US isn't a participant! They've got RIGHTS! /extreme sarcasm
Well, now...that’s an interesting take.
I like it. ;o)
Hope it happens.
Those, in Chicago, or L.A., who facilitated her in the US need to be sent strict, threatening letters (if not arrested THIS time), as a warning, and then, if they provide assistance and cover next time, they should go to the IRON SLAMMER as well.
Amen
We’ve got to stop allowing them to have ‘anchor babies’. Why is any kid born on American soil automatically an American? The Germans don’t go for this nonsense.
AIT, ICE can only deliver Ms. Arellano to the border if it wanted to effect the deportation order quickly. The Mexican government’s cooperation for a repatriation inside its own country (say Mexico City or other interior city) would be necessary. For political reasons, President Calderon would not agree to it and Mexicans, prickly about sovereignty (yes, ironic) would object more than vociferously to this compromise of Mexican sovereignty.
Given everything that is in play, it was not a bad day. (And I write this — possibly — from Mexico.)
If she re-enters the US (and commits another felony in doing so) that will actually be a good thing. Why? It will show what a joke border security is — and be a visible and known public example. We all know what she looks like. She cannot hide from the law forever.
Just in time for the presidential campaign, and perhaps in time to stop some other individuals with truly deadly intentions from crossing the now poorly protected border.
Bravo to I.C.E. - good job!
Coming into the country the first time was breaking the law -
deported and then coming back again - is that a felony?
Stealing documentation to work - also a crime.
Then she has her anchor baby and when caught again and set
for deportation, takes refuge in a church(store front church?)
She planned on heading to Washington to make a scene there and demand immigration reform. Not watch the groups come
out of the woodwork to show support for her.
Generally speaking, I like most people, even those in dire
consequences but, what I cannot and will never tolerate is
someone or some group putting the “finger” in my face.
I would never allow such bad behavior in my home, not will
it be allowed (if I can help it) in my Country!!!
Exactly, but if she surfaces back here, she can't go public. ICE would be forced to go after her quickly to save face, or ICE will forever be the brunt of opening jokes on late night TV.
Even if that occurred, and she surfaced in D.C., it would make a colossal spectacle of our border security...
Here, if you come to the country illegally, you can have a whole litter of kids, and not one single one of them will be granted Japanese citizenship, because of the illegal intent and status of the ones who created those babies and popped them out on foreign soil in the first place. I think most advanced nations have this policy. Not so the United States, apparantly.
You are a big picture kind of person, I can tell!! Good!
