RIYADH (Reuters) - Hundreds of camels have died in Saudi Arabia this week from a mystery ailment.
The Agriculture Ministry has said 232 camels died in the space of four days in the Dawasir Valley, 400 km (250 miles) south of Riyadh. King Abdullah has promised compensation for owners, who say the real number of deaths is far higher.
Agriculture ministry officials have denied an infectious disease caused the deaths and blamed them on animal feed supplied by food storage authorities.
What wrong with you people!!! Its Bush’s Fault!!! oy vey...
It seems camels have a terminal reaction to the use of K-Y Jelly.
“Moose threads.........”
Something is series. Those threads are spatial. Camel threads must be a muslin thing.
I think they refused to convert to Islam and preferred to die.
Al-Quida test range!
Thats soooo bad.
But oh so funny!
I’ve forgotten the particulars, but I got the impression they were trying to modify the camelpox to make it infective to humans. (Insanity if they were !!)

Reminds me of the old joke...
Guy is stuck out in the desert with a bunch of arabs, he gets a bit “lonely” so asks the guy’s he with what they do for entertainment. They point to the tent with the camel in it. So this guy goes over to the tent, finds a box to stand on and goes about doing his thing. The camel starts caterwauling and the others run in...start yelling at him “What are you doing???” and he says “but you guys said you do the camel”...”NO, YOU IDIOT!” “WE GET ON THE CAMEL AND RIDE IT INTO TOWN!!!”
