I wrote this column early, and post it early, because I'll be on the road for my wife's birthday on Friday.
I'm fairly certain that y'all will appreciate this column, and its condemnation of local, state and federal officials who are crontributing to the problem of illegal immigration, not to its solution.

LOL. My wife’s wish was to celebrate her birthday with her Mother, so we are both going on the road. You’re right, that could be misread as “Get the turkey out of the house.”

Thank you very much. Maybe one in twenty of my columns get published in print media, and the pay for that ranges from $10 to the occasional (very occasional) $150. All the rest of my columns are written solely for the responses of my friends and colleagues who read them.
In plain terms, a comment like yours is my paycheck for the week, and I deeply appreciate it.

“Whenever any politician says, Dont play politics with [whatever], that really means, dont hold me to account for my own mistakes.”
This is so true. Even after countless atrocities have been created by these repeat offenders, our politicians still feel the need to provide harbor for these lawbreakers. All we get is rhetoric, and no action.

Newark authorities didnt bother to inform Immigration about this defendant who faced charges that would justify deportation, if proven. Bottom line; This SOB's illegal presence alone should have produced deportation. Great summation of why this will happen again Billybob (R, NC)

Every week there are reports of Americans dying at the hands of illegal aliens. This slaughter will continue until cities, states, and the nation begin to act effectively to end this reign of death. Until then, Jose Carranza IS your President, Governor, Congressman, Mayor and Judge.
Powerful commentary.

Yes, and meanwhile; innocent Americans are being harmed while our government is refusing to acknowledge any of it.
Listened to Rush with Rove today and not a word about illegals. Rove also had the gall to say many people in top government gave personal sacrifice to serve. That is complete baloney. They have the best health care; nice places to live; trips, cars, relatives have jobs if they want etc. on our dime and no doubt will cash in when they return from their jobs.
Sorry, but it really makes me mad.
To: freekitty
Sould be retire from their jobs; plus a pension. All the American people did was hand over the money. sarcasm
To: Congressman Billybob
Like Michelle Malkin says, things will change when Americans demand it. Otherwise politicians will continue pandering to illegals.
