Libs on another board are comparing this to President Bush not following the Presidential Records Act. Can anybody give me a good arguement to defeat them?
I don’t know what they’re talking about, but W did issue an executive order about the PRA just after taking office. I think he extended it, which they should be thanking him for in this case.
