DiCaprio "Not Inspired" by 2008 U.S. Presidential Hopefuls (Barf alert)
IMDB.com ^ | 10 August 2007 | IMDB

Posted on 08/10/2007 1:37:30 PM PDT by Hazzardgate

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio has decided not to campaign for any of the 2008 U.S. presidential candidates, because none of the politicians in the running "inspire" him.

The Blood Diamond star, 32, was a staunch advocate of Democratic hopeful Senator John Kerry during 2004's presidential election and even traveled across 14 states to rally support and raise funds for him.

But DiCaprio admits the frontrunners for 2008's election - Democratic candidates Senator Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama and Republican Ron Paul - have yet to catch his attention with their environmental policies.

He says, "I'm still on the fence about it, to tell you the truth. I have yet to hear a candidate that has clearly laid out their environmental policy in a way that is inspiring to me." Referring to Senator Kerry's previous election campaign, DiCaprio adds, "I thought he had an amazing environmental policy. But I have yet to hear a candidate that has compared in that regard. I'm waiting for the right questions to be asked, and for these candidates to give really clear responses to what they're going to do in a tangible way - not a lot of rhetoric. I want to hear hardcore facts."

The words “DiCaprio” and “Not Inspired” seem to go together quite naturally.

Another washed up actor heard from.

And Leonardo, as far as your acting is concerned, it was never inspired.

Hey I’m not inspired either. We are about to get the best president that money can buy. Since money is ‘speech’ those without enough ‘speech’ won’t get heard.

That’s OK ... I’m not particularly inspired by Leonardo DiFaggio.

The only “environmental” issue that I’m worried about is the Islamofascists nuking American cities. That’s going to be a bad day, month, year for everyone on the planet.

Then I worry about self-appointed political spokesmen like DiCaprio and all the other Hollywood nit wits thinking that their political opinions matter a whit.

Then I worry about the left, the msm and the college professors totally destroying freedom, rational thought and America.

Those are the big “environmental” issues for me. That is what inspires and terrifies me.

Don’t forget the idiot judges, lawyers and the ACLU.

Ah, nevermind, the left covers that.

Okay Leo, Explain his kerry’s enviomental policy. Explain any policy Kerry had. All he ever said during the campaign was that he had a “Plan” What a dope.

Here is DiCaprio's educational resume from a friendly birographer:

DiCaprio attended Canterbury Elementary and John Marshall High School, before attending the Los Angeles Center for Enriched Studies.

So he went to a nice preppy high school? Apparently, this makes him a scientist.

Actually, I think this is great. Maybe others will be inspired by his thinking and not vote for Hillary. Anything to keep her out

Ron Paul? WTF!

If freerepublic is any indication of the modern conservative movement (and yes it is), than Paul barely registers on the radar. Yeah, we have a few Paulinians, but there are many more opposed to him here.

"the Los Angeles Center for Enriched Studies"

LOL. Well I'm certainly going to rely upon the expertise of a leftist boy actor who has attended such a world-renowned scientific institution.
