Well It wouldn’t be a problem if she promises that she won’t leave the planet.

Maybe it’s too difficult for her to get a diaper on over the tracker.

Well isn’t she just “full of herself”!

..Nowak is paying $105 a week $2,940 so far for the monitoring device as a condition of her release, according to a court filing her attorney says was made Thursday. A clerk at the Circuit Court in Orange County could not find the filing, but said it could be on its way. Hey, go back to jail and save some bucks!
Nowak also argues that the device interferes with her ability to exercise a requirement for a Navy officer and her ability to drive, fly on a commercial airplane and monitor her children in the pool.
Navy Officer? Driving? Flying? And watching kids? I don't think she has anything to worry about in any of those areas! Maybe thats why they want the bracelet on! So she can't do any of those things!

In an interview with detectives, Nowak says she confronted Shipman because she wanted to know "where she stands" in the bizarre love triangle. I guess a telephone call was out of the question. She is lucky she is not in the booby hatch already.

What the hell is wrong with you? Whenever I want to confront someone I always wear a disguise, hose ‘em with pepper spray, and carry a kidnap kit with me.

Not only that, but how would Shipman know where Nowak stood with the Casanova they had in common? Only he could tell her where she stood with him. Why didn’t she confront his lame *behind?*

Yes, she is. The judge should remove the tracker...right after she books herself back in to jail.

I have to wonder what seagoing commands, with real responsibility this Navy Captain, astronaut and psycho chick had.

If it’s good enough for Martha Stewart, it’s good enough for No-whack.
When is this thing going to trial, anyway?
