Surely dad, we are totally thrilled to hear the good news. Prayers answered. Now if only the good General can continue to do the same at the appropriate times for the rest of the involved, we shall have additional reasons to celebrate, and give THANKS to HIM that allowed the truth to come out.
Like most of us here that have family members who are serving currently or have in OIF, as well as the Afghanistan operations, we can easily see the same horrors your son had to go through having happened to any of them, under bad circumstances.
Many of us have taken what happened to your son, a TRUE blue Marine, on a personal level.
We can only hope each of the other Marines and their loved ones shall hear the same good news that now reverberates in your heart.
We are truely happy for you and your family at this point.
A heavy weight lifted from your hearts. A big Semper Fi to Lance Corporal Sharratt is in order for serving his country well under very difficult conditions at best.
His record is clean. HE SERVED WITH HONOR.

"You helped my family through this and we may never be able to express our gratitude."
It is the other way around. HE SERVED IN THE LINE OF DUTY, we owe a debt of gratitude for what he and every honorable Marine, Soldier, Pilot, Aviator, Sailor and the many supporting military do each day to protect this great country as well as putting their hides out on the line for many people that have not a clue as to what they truely represent.
From the list of people you mentioned, I for one am the least to mention. We all felt obliged to offer our heart felt concern, and in some cases various levels of support.
Meanwhile Justin was going through something that never should have happened. If any good can come from this, let us hope the NCIS, L/MSM, and certain Demorats realize, this bullshit cannot continue.
Ultimately however. HE came through for your son. And HE knows every microsecond of replay on what happened that day. So rejoice dad in HIS perfect will being carried out in this case. How wonderfull to hear prayer being answered in the affirmative!

Justin, I hope your family member sends you our comments and blessings.

I watched your case from the beginning and agonized with you when you were held in detention. People here knew your name as well as the names of all your fellows charged likewise.

Bud, from one Marine to another who appreciates your service and is outraged by the way you were treated, allow me to be the first to wish you a very happy and rapid civilianization.

For the remainder of your time in service, which I hear will be mercifully brief, I hope you strut across base outwardly signalling to everyone that they can all kiss your ass.

You, my friend, Redrover - if you’re ever in Chicago, the Starbucks is on me.

I’m just getting caught up with the news. We’re not done yet though until all our Marines are exonerated. Prayers continue.

Dear Mr. Sharratt,

We honor your son for his service. As the General said, “He is innocent.”

He always was.

It is good to give thanks to God. It is the height of honor to continue the fight for these other falsely accused Marines.

Grace & Peace, brother.

My family and I so happy for all of you! “Justice” has been done for “Justin”. I thank God for that. I wish I could be there when you celebrate. The “truth prevailed” and your son will be coming home. Our love to all of you. I pray that now you can somehow get your lives together.

What’s good for one is good for all, Mom. The tide is truly turning.

Can’t wait for the day when you post a similar victory thread for your son. We’ll be pushing for justice until then.

Mrs. Wuterich,
My family would like to thank you for your gracious throughts. I assure you our fight is not over. We will be with you in thoughts and prayers. My son was blessed to have the support of so many and Frank will be in the prayers of a multitude of caring supporters. WE WILL be with you during the coming weeks. The General has shown he is aware of the plight of His Marines and I’m sure Frank will get a positive outcome during his 32. God Bless

God Bless Our Haditha Marines

People will always talk. We should only give credence to the opinions of those that deserve respect. If others wish to disrespect us in some way. However, we are not diminished because their opinions do not count. The family/friends know the truth and therefore the accused should walk with head held high, because of that knowledge. There is no reason for shame.

It is disgusting what the media does, but with whom is their reputation “trashed”? Perhaps the best examples how to weather the storm is Colonel Oliver North and President Richard Nixon.

The JAG operates as not only defenders but prosecution. Its’ their job. And sometimes it is a dirty job. I’m betting that the prosecutors hated their job. I understand the emotion, but am unwilling to jump to the conclusion you presented, for that would be as bad as those that many jumped to with the Haditha Marines.

Take care!

xzins said it all here;

It is good to give thanks to God. It is the height of honor to continue the fight for these other falsely accused Marines.

It has been and continues to be an honor to fight for our Defenders.

Praise The Lord for these Marines, and to RedRover for his diligence.

All we can do is Praise The Lord. ;o)

Your son and your whole family have been put on prayer list throughout America. People throughout America have been praying for this situation. They all continue to pray for the other Marines.

Remember, there is NO situtation impossible with prayer.
