FREDERICK, Colo. -- A Catholic priest faces an indecent exposure charge after jogging in the nude about an hour before sunrise in a small town in Colorado.
Rev. Robert Whipkey told officers he had been running naked at a high school track and didn't think anyone would be around at that time of day, a police report said.
He told officers he sweats profusely if he wears clothing while jogging. "I know what I did was wrong," he said in the report.
Whipkey, 53, was arrested around 4:30 a.m. June 22.
As far as I know there is no rule requiring posting a picture to support this thread.
He was just following Adam’s lead.
Why is it that the people you want to see naked never get naked, and the people you don’t, do?
Geez, why couldn’t it been one of them jihadi Methodists!!
Oh, Well at least he wasn’t one of dem dere good Polish priests. Yaheydere!
Good grief, that is all we Catholics need now, more problems when it comes to our priests.
He sweats. Yeah, that’s it. And he can’t take a shower because it is a sin.
This is what happens to your mind after a lifetime of celebacy.
Explain Ted Haggard becoming a meth head and consorting with a gay prostitute, then. Must have been the conjugal life he shared with his wife that drove him to drugs and homosexuality.
This is such a nothing story. It is always amazing to me how people get so wound up about nudity. It was 4:30 am! Who would be up to see him except a cop? What if it was a nubile young coed getting in an early morning run? There would be no story.
Speak for yourself
Hmmmm, are you speaking from experience;-)
I think the guy is merely a loon!
Disclaimer: Yes, I am Catholic.
Paperboy?
My sophomore year of high school, the Student Council President (a senior) took a couple of laps around the track ... bareassnaked. Back then, we called it “streaking”. Funny thing ... he ceased to be Student Council President the next day. IIRC, he was allowed to graduate, but not allowed to “march”.
Brilliant! You're smarter than Jesus and Paul.
"Not all can accept this word, but only those to whom it is granted. Some are incapable of marriage because they were born so; some, because they were made so by others; some, because they have renounced marriage for the sake of the kingdom of God. Whoever can accept this ought to accept it" (Matt. 19:1112).More proof that Luther's invented doctrine of "the Bible alone" gives free reign to error.--Jesus
"Are you free from a wife? Do not seek marriage. . . those who marry will have worldly troubles, and I would spare you that. . . . The unmarried man is anxious about the affairs of the Lord, how to please the Lord; but the married man is anxious about worldly affairs, how to please his wife, and his interests are divided. And the unmarried woman or girl is anxious about the affairs of the Lord, how to be holy in body and spirit; but the married woman is anxious about worldly affairs, how to please her husband..." (7:27-34).
He who marries "does well; and he who refrains from marriage will do better" (7:38).
--Paul
Hmmmm.... So you’re comparing this guy to Jesus and Paul?
