Raw milk is just another crackpot cure that’s dangerous. There are hundreds of them on the net - magnets, copper bracelets, ingesting hydrogen peroxide, etc. One of the more bizarre that I’ve seen is the drinking of one’s own urine every morning.

One of the more bizarre that Ive seen is the drinking of ones own urine every morning. They've done this in India for centuries. A former Prime Minister said he used to do it........

Up to less than a hundred years ago raw milk was all that human kind had and they did quite well. Then came pasteurization and homogenization and human kind has been beset with all sorts of new diseases and maladies. It’s just an observation without a multimillion dollar study paid for by “BIG MILK” but what-ta-hay. And of course we all know how evil mothers milk is for her babies.

I drank it as a kid, never hurt me. We had vets inspect our cows for TB, etc. The milk was delicious and sweet just as long as the cows ate alfalfa or clover and kept away from wild onions.

I remember when I was a kid we visited an Army buddy of my Dad who had a farm in Wisconsin. They drank milk right from the cow and so did we during our visit.
My Mother wound up with a bad case of tapeworm. Took her years to get rid of.

“Raw milk is just another crackpot cure thats dangerous.”
Raw milk should not be considered a cure. Pasturized milk causes more disease than raw milk. This is documented. Pasturization kills natural enzymes in milk. Lactose intolerance generally disappears with raw milk. Raw milk does not cause the heart disease that pasturized/homogenized milk causes. Our grandparents and great grandparents never had the opportunity to be poisoned by pasturized/homogenized milk. Outside the US more consumed milk is not pasturized.
