Liberal: someone who can ‘find’ a ‘right’ to abortion in the Constitution, but can’t find a right to bear arms.

Supreme Court info: I didn’t know that the court overruled itself in that many decisions in that short a period of time.

Good post...let “Pink Chuckie” put that in his pipe and smoke it!! Schumer is an absolute Disgrace to NY, a Disgrace to the Senate, and a Disgrace to America.

If Schumer said that the sky is blue and the Sun rises in the East, I’d have to see those things happen. I simply don’t believe anything said by that evil SOB.

re; #16 EXCEPT the other Senator from New York. It's a toss up between the two.

Oh, let’s find some latin term for

“THE ONLY THING THAT SHOULD NEVER CHANGE IS THE ‘RIGHT’ TO KILL THE UNBORN, AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WANTING TO GO TO A CONCERT.”

Other than that, the left doesn’t give 2 bits for “precendent”.

According to stare decisis the Dred Scott decision would still be valid. It's just another excuse by the left for what's mine is mine, and what's yours is negotiable.

Very interesting piece. It helps those of us who are not familiar with the workings of the Supremes, with regard to ‘precedents’, understand what the Democrats are doing, and how the MSM is helping them. I’ll have some ammo, in the future, when I hear folks parroting the media line, as pushed by the Dems.

A simplified way to demonstrate the folly of "stare decisis" would be to list the hundreds of times that the Supreme Court has reversed itself.

Exactly! 'Dred Scott' is the perfect example!
